Eenox is a Swiss brand specialising in bearings for bicycles, skateboards, and rollerblades. With advanced technology, it provides products that minimise friction and maximise the efficiency of the user. The brand combines Swiss precision with innovative solutions so as to support professional athletes in achieving the best results.
The client approached us because they needed to build an online store from scratch. The main challenge was to enter the demanding market of the Americas (USA, Mexico, South America) with a niche offering aimed at athletes and professionals. These high-quality products help improve performance by up to a few seconds, which for professionals is extremely valuable and worth the investment.
E-commerce was intended not only to serve a practical function but also to convey the character of the new brand, which bases its DNA on an active lifestyle and the positive energy of performance sports. It is worth mentioning that the company was founded in Switzerland, and creates its products there. While ensuring European quality (so-called „Swiss made”), Eenox focuses its sales efforts on the American market, promoting a good value-for-money product.
For the Eenox project, we completed a full process, including discovery workshops, UX/UI design, and Shopify development. As Eenox is a completely new brand, the store was created from scratch on the Shopify 2.0 platform. We also conducted user needs research and benchmarking, which allowed us to prepare a preliminary design immediately accepted by the Client.
The Client’s target group is very narrow – professional athletes and advanced enthusiasts of performance cycling, skateboarding, and rollerblading. Our goal was to create a solution that:
– Instructions in pictorial and text form,
– Detailed listings with bearing parameters,
– Information blocks to make selection easier,
– Videos explaining the differences and applications of each product.
During the project, the Client decided to create another instance to serve European markets as well – eu.eenoxsports.com.
Our efforts allowed us to create a store that meets both the visual, branding, and functional needs of the target group. Through collaboration with professional athletes and a cohesive design, Eenox has built a strong lifestyle image while providing technologically advanced products for demanding users, and our cooperation further crowned this project, resulting in a functional e-commerce.
