Brand's challenge

Our cooperation with ING Bank Śląski and their product began with the need to create a tailor-made integration. imoje was also to be made available to Merchants of stores using the Shopify e-commerce platform. The premise was clear – an integration was needed that would allow imoje to be implemented into Shopify stores quickly and securely, ensuring the highest level of safety and convenience for Merchants.

"Based on applications from companies interested in using our payment gateway in their e-stores, we decided to initiate the integration process.

Analyzing the entire procedure, we decided to use the support of a partner who already had experience in developing solutions on the Shopify platform," says Marcin Popowski, imoje Product Manager.

Our solution

The integration was written by our developers in PHP using the Symfony framework, which was not a random choice. Thanks to this solution, we can synchronize information about products, orders, and customers in real-time, which streamlines the Merchant's store management. Symfony guarantees the integration's security and high performance, which was crucial for imoje's operation within the Shopify environment.

Common results

The result of the cooperation with ING Bank Śląski is one of the first individually designed online payment gateway integrations for e-commerce in Poland. imoje has become a product available to all Merchants of e-commerce stores using Shopify technology. The product integrates seamlessly with the Merchant's store and supports refund handling, while offering one of the best commissions on the market. The integration itself is provided free of charge.
