303 Avenue – seamless transition from PrestaShop to Shopify
303 Avenue is a Warsaw-based fashion brand that has been present on the European market for around a decade. The clientele consists of modern women who want to search for clothes on the Internet, both on laptops and mobile devices. 303 Avenue caters to those expectations. Its responsive design adjusts to any screen and mobile payments are flawless.
Challenge
What does a fashion brand need from an e-commerce engine? Flexibility, scalability, and ability to handle high traffic. 303 Avenue asked us to refresh their store and change a platform from PrestaShop to Shopify. What are the effects of our cooperation?
Solution
Shopify offers a wide range of designs that were tested in any situation. To fulfil 303 Avenue’s needs, we customized one of the ready-made designs, so that it reflects the brand’s character. The online store has a chatbot, newsletter sign-up form and an additional selling point that is a shop on Instagram. We also integrated PayPal, PayU and credit card payments in Euro and PLN – the gateways customers were the most comfortable with. The shipping was handled through DHL and DPD. Because it runs on Shopify, the brand can scale worry-free of any setbacks as technology limits or poor performance.
