BlazePod empowers athletes to reach peak physical and cognitive performance through cutting-edge light-based reaction training. By combining dynamic drills with real-time analytics, BlazePod enhances reaction time, agility, coordination, and split-second decision-making under intense game-time pressure. BlazePod solutions are used by sports clubs such as the New York Rangers, F1 teams such as Red Bull Racing, Williams F1, McLaren F1 and more. BlazePod sells its products globally.
With a constantly evolving platform, users gain access to customisable training sessions, designed by pros, and real-time performance tracking – all seamlessly controlled through an intuitive app. This makes training not only more effective but also more engaging and results-focused.

BlazePod’s website, though functioning well in the market, was not uniformly built, which was not beneficial for the Client in the long run. Some elements of the store were using an older template, while others were using a newer one, resulting in an inconsistent site and opportunities to improve navigation for users.

We started our activities with an audit and proposed solutions. Our main task was to rewrite all the elements of the store into a single, consistent template that would meet the needs of the Client while reflecting the innovation of the BlazePod brand.
In the next stages of the project’s development, together with the Client, we decided on A/B tests to increase conversions and improve sales results. They were conducted using the VWO tool. Suggestions for these tests came from the Client and were performed by our specialists, so together we optimised the BlazePod store step by step.

The conclusions obtained from the A/B tests helped us increase sales results and increase the number of clicks on the view and title of a particular product or package. New solutions that we introduced thanks to the results of the analyses include:
– reversing the product view to a picture of the person who performs a given activity with a BlazePod product (with a change to the view of the product itself when the cursor is hovered over it),
– visually changing the product of access to the application, i.e. the so-called membership.
Other activities with BlazePod included improving the performance of the shopping cart itself, which required workflow optimisation, improving the Page Speed Insights score (desktop 60 -> 89), integrating the app with an external database, and preparing the store environment for future developer work. We are currently working with BlazePod as their external development department; the client also benefits from our UX/UI support.

Thanks to this cooperation, we were able not only to rebuild an innovative e-commerce experience for an equally innovative product. Above all, we were able to create a partnership that provides the Client with answers to its business needs. The result of the joint project is a site that not only meets the initial objectives but also works as needed and grows with the BlazePod brand as a whole.
